In this particular job we started off by removing all deck furniture to ensure that nothing gets damaged in the process of pressure washing. The team pressure washed the decks as well as the home, we had to apply pressure on all the flooring due to lots of mold and mildew. Once the home and decks were pressure washed and all looked clean. Our crew let it dry for a few days to make sure there was no added moisture in the wood. Finally the process of applying stain began , we applied stain on the railings both inside and out, also including all support post. Cutting in around the house due to it being a different color. The cutting process ensures there is no over spray in the exterior of the home. As we proceeded to spray the deck floors our professionals started off with one light coat, which would serve as a primer. After letting it dry for a few h ours we finished off by adding a heavy coat to ensure the best coverage possible. Once the floor was done we picked up any trash around the home and came back a few days later to place the furniture where it belonged.
